Our experience with Mr. Kreiner's property management was as follows. Mr. Kreiner is a friendly man. However, it is very unreliable. After several calls, we never received the callbacks we had promised several times. We were interested in renting an apartment in the western city center of Dortmund. According to his statement, there was another man to choose from next to us. This man wanted to rent two apartments in the house directly. Nevertheless, after consulting with Mr. Kreiner, we should get the apartment if the man wouldn't rent both apartments. A few days later the man wanted to rent both apartments and so he got the encouragement and we accordingly a rejection from Mr. Kreiner. Understandable when it saves work and time. Unfortunately, today we had to find out that the other apartment, which the man was also supposed to rent, had been advertised on ImmoScout24. Mr. Kreiner, we would have been very happy if you had been honest and fair. We were confident that we would receive the approval for the beautiful attic apartment, but now we are glad that it didn't work out.

Top class !! Surpasses by far all "would-be brokers". Mr. Kreiner plays technically on the very highest level, whether core renovation or just the choice of wall paint, he is for questions of any kind for nothing too bad. The other statements that are listed here, I can understand in any way. I have had several times with Mrs. Wegener and can only say: grandiose woman who also mastered her subject! Not for nothing it says: "how it sounds in the forest .." Some people should first ask themselves, because then their good education has remained - although I do not believe in these statements here, that at all an education was enjoyed! Mrs. Wegener is a super friendly and extremely dedicated employee who knows nothing about foreigners, because as she told me, she is of Spanish origin! So, first of all fun - if available - turn on before you are in a public portal so absurd utterances of itself. Finally, I mention that the conversion measures went even faster than expected, so I was able to retire sooner. The apartment has become incredibly beautiful. PS Oh yes and you should already be in the right place, if one arranges appointments. But if one is too lighthearted to write a sensible recession, what should one expect? First, I have to say that Mr. Kreiner is a very friendly and understanding man. This statement does not apply to Mrs. Marlene W. • a very unfriendly, critically incompetent person. During our last conversation she used to hang up on our conversation (how childish) and used alien enemy sentences in our last conversation. As I pointed out to her, the lady said that I do (childishly). She also thought I was a liar (I still have all conversations) -_- Please. I am not a liar, but you are an incompetent person and disrespectful. And I'm not a Turkish girl -_- my mother is a German and my father is a foreigner and I'm a student only to info. The boss Mr. Kreiner is a sympathetic person the coworker with whom I spoke on the phone super friendly, thus not real estate kreiner GmbH is bad the are all super. With Mrs. Marlene W. Bloss no sightseeing and always with the conversation other people have it tends to tell untruths and she is morbidly aggressive

Mr. Kreiner is really very nice and a great apartment in a great property! In short everything was perfect and very friendly
