Very unprofessional. "Sit down for a little while" - means squatting 60 minutes in the waiting room. I understand it so if for little things not immediately found time, but you can say that in advance. But what do I expect Policemen are unfortunately only officials 😃

Have waited 1 hour to report the loss of the driver's license (takes 5 minutes), as the 3 officials have cared for 2 citizens. After 1 hour, when 1 officer was released, I was told that I have to wait another 30 minutes because they have something else to do. When I said that I'm pregnant and meanwhile I'm not feeling well, I was advised to look for a doctor. Thank you very nice...

Long story in a nutshell ... I handed in my mobile device as evidence to rebut a charge. Since I use this privately and professionally, I was hoping for a quick readout. Except for UNINTENDED instructions and snappy comments, no willingness to help on the part of the officials. "The phone is read as soon as someone has time. It can take up to 7 weeks." If one were to invest the time of pointless teaching in watching the video, one could have saved the teaching. The crime was completely filmed and does not roughly match the statements made on the record. Completely unnecessary dressing up ... * Then caught a friendly official on the phone on the third attempt - he probably saw more than just the protocol 👌 *
