Incapable and unfriendly. 3 1/2 years ago I asked Sparda for a home loan. Sparda was unable to place a land charge with the notary within 6 weeks. In addition, I would have to open a current account with my wife there. I canceled the financing at the time, but the current account continued to run. Now I wanted to close the current account for my wife and myself with a general power of attorney. However, the employee refuses to recognize the effectiveness of the general power of attorney. You would have internal work instructions that - WITHOUT ANY LEGAL BASIS - expect certain formulations in the general power of attorney. I.e. if my wife was at home and was paraplegic, I wouldn't be able to close the account at all. In addition, you were very unfriendly ("Just complain!"). I'm at three other banks. The Sparda has been the bottom drawer for years.

Can not be that one waits 30 minutes until someone hears in my eyes 0 Service wanted to open an account because the employees can not manage to get ran I turn to the competition I would worry about such unreliable people to work there huge minus at Sparda Bank ....

Very bright and modern rooms! The bank staff are always always friendly and helpful. What I think is a pity that the bank does not offer customer parking, for example in the parking garage, so each bank visit is connected either with a parking ticket or the endless search for a parking space. Would be nice if the Sparda Bank would offer this in the future! For this I had to replace the stated that the 100 € banknote is the largest bill of payment. Unfortunately, this bank offers no 200 € banknotes! So one is always forced to go to Nuremberg, etc.
