Absolutely great advice, competent and friendly. I am looking forward to the collaboration. Some banks could cut off a piece of it. Here I have the feeling that I am still a customer and not just any number.

I was at the branch yesterday because I needed certain documents for my studies, which I have already requested several times for every second semester, so the procedure is not new to me. Nevertheless, I called to inquire about Corona, among other things, whether I can simply come over to pick up these documents and this was confirmed to me, since I don't live in Fürth, I didn't want to drive for free. The young employee (wavy hair, blemished skin) made it seem as if I didn't want to help and explained several times what I found very annoying and guilty that it was just an absolute exception and that she wanted to see the note where it says it. I have to say I felt very uncomfortable and also that my documents are simply read where there is private information on them, I find very brazen. I pointed out that I had called beforehand and the lady said it was just an absolute exception. I don't think the service is suitable for such a bank and I will consider whether I should go back to such an incompetent and unfriendly bank employee with my concern. I don't want to stay with such a bank if such unfriendly and undistorted employees work.
