Very, very pushy, want to talk up pointless insurances at any price ..... Don't accept no and then play off spouses and parents against each other to negotiate something for the offspring. I was there with my mother and wife. At some point I just got up and gone, otherwise it would have ended badly .... My wife and mother were still there. Then my wife was in the loo and my mother was there alone for a moment. Then the employee said to my mother that you don't have to listen to them, you can still do it for your grandson. Absolutely arrogant and pushy, as well as impudent employees. Just don't lock anything and switch banks right away, if there were zero stars I would have given zero. Bottom drawer

Why should I explain to a voice recognition bot a la Alexa what my concern is, wanting to speak to a customer advisor ???

The purest disaster. I canceled my account and asked for a cancellation confirmation as I urgently needed it. When there was no confirmation for weeks, I called the service hotline and it said my branch in Zirndorf is closed due to Corona and the matter went to the branch in Fürth. The confirmation is being processed there and should be in my mailbox in a few days. 1.5 months later today I still have no confirmation and am already 23 minutes in the queue for the service hotline

I find it a big disadvantage that I don't have a personal contact in my branch. I feel like some number, faceless and that is absolutely no service. Although I've been a customer for 55 years. The Malter family
