Zero stars, this bank does not show solidarity and, even with a good credit rating, does not provide loans for the self-employed. Even after 40 years of "business relationship".

I am value neutral for truths and factual information I did not get my debit card in the bank statement printer of this bank back. She simply got stuck and bank statements did not bring them out. There was no warning! I called the emergency number 116116 and the employee there told me that this card is blocked by her most precautionary. That was on a Saturday the 9.2.2019 against 15 o'clock On Monday I called the bank branch Zirndorf and they told me (woman without a name) that they take care of it and she immediately informs a colleague that the card will be sent to my main bank in Schwabach. Since I did not quite trust this information (on Monday 11:00 Feb), I called the bank again in Zirndorf and this was Tuesday morning (12.2.19) A woman Ittner was on the phone. I asked for the card again and she said she sent her away Monday noon. On Thursday the 14th of February in the afternoon I called again in the branch in Zirndorf and had miraculously again Mrs. Ittner on the phone. I asked her if she really sent the card away on Monday. She answered with some embarrassment that she got the card back on Tuesday because the card was accidentally sent to an unknown address. I asked her where she sent the card. She hesitated and told me that there were different and very many addresses from my bank on the internet ... .... I asked her why it was, because I told her quite clearly that she should send the card to Raiffeisenbank Roth Schwabach in Schwabach. She stammered excitedly and told me then after an hour by mail that she had sent the card to Abenberg. On demand at all banks in Roth Schwabach and Roth in the headquarters is until today 20.2.2019 no map of me HERRN HERBST arrived. I also save the bank branch manager information here.
