This is awful. No wish to go there again. I came today at 17:15, but noone was there. Then some not young lady came from other room laughing. I asked her to help me to open "giro" account, because... I can't do it online without tax number! Anyway I lost a lot of time but hoped today I'll have account. She started make copies of my docs and then she told me "You can't open account in Zirndorf, you should go to Lauf, because you are registered in Vorra". What?! I called hotline at 17:28 and gave her my phone(she talked with operator), only after it she agreed to accept my documents an started copy it again. We had still a half an hour till closing, but she told me to come only the day after tomorrow! at 16:00 for personal visit and then we can finish the case! God, in ING I could do it online in 10 min...

Wanted to deposit money. The machine was down for 4 days. Had to go to Fürth. Then I was told: The machines are external. They have nothing to do with that. I'm angry, will cancel my account.

Nobody available, even with appointments. Very lousy phone computer. There is no response to the callback request. Will cancel my account
