So we are completely satisfied. From advice, advertisement in the newspaper, organization of all letters to the day of the funeral, we were dealt with at all times and we were able to ask for questions or questions at any time. Always present but never pushy or too much. Such days are never easy, but at least you didn't have to worry about organizational matters. Everything was implemented as discussed. For my part, I am very happy that we chose this funeral home.

I am so disappointed with the way they deal with customer concerns that I feel reluctant to write the first Google review of my life to be a warning to others. Anyway, you only turn to this branch with the suffering and loss of someone. The more you trust the professionalism of an undertaker and ultimately pay for it. In this case, agreements were not kept, which ultimately leads to a funeral at 8 a.m. (!!). All of this for someone with a large circle of friends, including those from abroad. Many of them have no opportunity to attend the funeral service at this time. I don't think that needs any further comment. In the institute there are several contact persons who obviously cannot coordinate - I understand professional services differently.
