Rip off, insolence, without any dignity, the purest impertinence how they dealt with bereaved relatives seeking help, and extremely incompetent and unfriendly employees! One star or rating is still 1 star too many, realistic are ZERO stars! Hands off or avoid this shop.

Very incompetent employee who was completely overwhelmed, was not at all familiar with the authorities and was very insensitive to advice. Unfortunately, I also received no support from the boss, so a lot went wrong with the entire funeral. Of course, this is very bad and stressful in the mourning situation. The good reputation of the fire burials in Nbg. there is always no more.

Have had great support with my aunt's funeral, including all the formalities. Very sensitive, customer-oriented, professional - from advice on the selection of coffin, grave jewelry, etc., through accompaniment at the actual funeral service, to the support of all formalities such as cancellation service for telephone and insurance. Highly recommended, especially Ms. Weber's commitment.

Absolutely not recommendable. 9 years ago, when my father passed away, we were very satisfied with the care of fire burials. Now that my mother has died, I can only say, completely incompetent. Everything went wrong that can only go wrong. My mother's urn was in the crematorium for almost 3 weeks, and it was only when we asked the city cemetery administration that we were told that the funeral home would first have to send a transfer application to the responsible community where the deceased should be buried. And the absolutely bad thing about it was the urn burial. You stand with the mourners at the grave and there is no over urn, only the sealed urn vessel from the crematorium. We were all so shocked. When we asked Ms Weber over the phone, I only had the succinct answer, I should not be able to say anything, you would have to consult the colleague first. For us, fire burials in free fall, incompetent, unfriendly, and absolutely not recommended. We will never conclude our funeral home care contract for fire burials, there are definitely better ones.

There is no longer the institute what it was several years ago. Incompetent staff from beginning to end, it's all about exclusive services to sell. Staff is rude, incompetent and overwhelmed. Absolutely not recommended. Fortunately, successful alternatives to a once "reputed" funeral home are in free fall to the very bottom. Just a shame not to make amends.
