Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. Half an hour after my cat's death, I called there to inquire about what's going on. (I called the given cell phone number because I assume that you can call them there), so after hanging up no one answered the phone. Unfortunately there was no AB with information, a shame. But what I found the worst: 1.5 hours later I get an SMS "?!?" When I asked who was there, "did you call me?!?", I think, very rude. I can understand that you want to enjoy your day off in peace, but I find it very unpleasant to react to callers in this job. If you do not want calls / messages outside of business hours, you should not give your number on the Internet.
