I was really helped and the company continues to be at my side at all times. The funeral was carried out as planned and special requests were also met here. The planning and later the calculation was very clear and open.

In the meantime, our relatives have died more than a year, and there is still an uneasy feeling in the memory of the care given by the Scifo employee. Many statements and statements by the employee were very inconsistent at the time. The coffin in the exhibition should initially cost more than the price tag said. Prices are subject to daily fluctuations and since many people would die in February, the price is particularly high. The designed funeral announcement was ordered from the newspaper in a different format than we had requested and layouted. Without consultation, the employee commissioned the advertisement in the unwanted format. Even months after the death, we still had to deal with various formalities because the employee had promised us that he would have taken care of it (cancel subscriptions, hire a stonemason, ...), later it turned out bit by bit that he was discussing some of the issues discussed Activities had probably not been completed. We were particularly irritated when the employee asked us to send us a photograph of his file note, which was supposed to show that the stonemason order had been placed. However, the date noted was before the death of our relatives. Unfortunately not a good experience, also because neither the meeting table nor the employee's clothes were clean for the initial consultation. The participation in the funeral service by Scifo, on the other hand, went smoothly.
