So the staff is friendly, you have the gentlemen u. Ladies on site leave, but the waiting times are sometimes sometimes a doctor's visit. Of course you can throw documents in the mailbox or even in the box on the 2nd floor - but especially on the subject of health, something personal should always be there. You could also open a counter more. Not infrequently I'm there and 3-5 people are in front of me and then it really takes, especially when the cases are larger u. are more complex. There is a need for improvement here.
