So I do not agree with the comments. Never had any problems with the staff. Was behind with the rent last year and I was helped quickly. The very same day that I presented the papers it was immediately processed by a very friendly staff. And 2 days later the money was in my account and I was able to transfer the rent.

HELP ! a star had to be otherwise you cannot give a rating !!!!!! WHY DOES NO ONE DO WHAT? WHY CAN THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT ?! Heartless to the point of no longer even with a severely disabled person! Condescending and abusive !!!!!!!! You can't turn to anyone, nobody is responsible for anything and nobody knows about anything !!!!!! I wish all employees there that they end the same way! To feel it firsthand! !!!! Severely disabled and helpless !! and I wouldn't even wish that on my worst enemy!
