What kind of employees work here and at a snail's pace? No desire to work or look something up. We don't even need to talk about the telephone contact, nobody answers (no matter what day or time). They absolutely have to go, so it can't go on !!

If you are lucky and someone answers you will be treated unfriendly, and you will experience the same on site. Typical officials to be there! In a "normal" job, such a way would certainly result in a warning! Outrage!

Ey, never seen anything like that. Driver's license: since I am a professional driver, my driver's license is important for my job! Driver's license file misplaced, no phone calls, employees very unfriendly ... If I pull something like this off in my professional life, I have the immediate termination! Can't you avoid the spot? I would even go to Hamburg to deal with my affairs there. I hate the citizens' office in Fürth. We all have to send a letter to the mayor. He should check this position, just play Untergover Boss. Everyone participates in making something change !!
