Everything went smoothly on site, but after about 3 months I received several invoices, after a few calls it turned out that the license plate and thus the invoices had been entered 4 times. The lady in Nuremberg was very friendly and put everything back in order.
Sometimes it is "human", that is clear, but it is not enough for 5 stars
It took 3 days to finish everything! The young gentleman was very nice and friendly.
Points are deducted for the payment method SEPA direct debit is a must, would have really liked to have paid cash straight away or at least made an invoice transfer. Complicated processing and Corona are really not an excuse to accept cash or pay by card.
The lady on site was very friendly and her service would definitely have earned more points!
However, the price for ONE motorcycle license plate at € 23 is really heavy! You shouldn't be surprised if you prefer to order online and not even pay 1/3 of the price given here!
This cannot be justified with personnel and maintenance costs!
TOP service, everything worked as quickly as possible - even in corona times!
I sent the necessary documents to Kroschke by registered mail on Friday and the signs including all documents arrived on Wednesday morning. For 145, - including all official costs and signs, I am very satisfied.
