Due to tax class changes I called the lady on the phone was so unfriendly. Man has the feeling she is not paid. She asked me what my name is and I told her she yelled at me and said I should spell sorry that my name was not German and continue with the address because she yelled at me again. Those people who are not in the mood should rather choose another profession, sorry but

The employees of the tax office are friendly and very helpful. The registration process is completed in just 5 minutes. I had the best experience in any government office in Nuremberg. If you go there well prepared with the necessary documents, you will not have any problems.

I overheard my friend's phone call with the Nuremberg North Tax Office - the employee was absolutely incompetent and did not master any polite phrases - she did not greet and say goodbye absolutely lustless and NOT USER-ORIENTED .... IMPOSSIBLE !!!!!!

This morning I looked for my responsible employee using my tax number and called directly. I had let my Elster certificate expire and could not send the advance VAT return. The employee was nice and showed understanding and I was able to send the report as a PDF by email. So everything is fine and things will go back to normal next month. Thanks for the quick help.
