I would like to respond to the answer. Communication is not a one-way street. I am currently a customer and unfortunately not impressed. An experienced user can objectively assess which evaluation is realistic and which is not. The experiences I have made are my personal ones. Apparently, after my rating, many customers felt the need to rate it positively. That's a great result and the reviews sound really great.

Unfortunately not to be recommended! Regarding Mr. Kersten's answer, it should be added that the way in which the client is spoken to on the phone or in person is not true to the solution. Working with clients is an important asset that should go hand in hand with great satisfaction! We are very disappointed with this "communication" and definitely cannot recommend this agency!

Very good insurance! In addition to the very good insurance conditions, I regularly have very positive experiences here: In general, LVM offers an app that has an excellent structure and is easy and simple to find your way around, regardless of whether you want to view your contracts or report a claim. Specifically, this branch offers very good customer service. Help is always provided quickly and professionally, regardless of the matter. The excellent and extremely polite staff always try to help me. Everyone is also very open when it comes to young customers. Very satisfied!
