It is not recommended to visit this office with a serious concern. Rude and sometimes very cheeky police officers do not want to help you, mock you and make you wait unnecessarily long outside, although the officers are obviously sitting around and eating meatball rolls. When I was then "served" for ages, the young officer behaved in an almost misogynistic manner towards my wife and threw her out of the building for no reason. I don't know whether the man's freshly completed training was too much for him or whether he just didn't feel like doing the late shift ...
