I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The police quickly helped me with my concerns on site and dealt with it objectively. The receiving officer was friendly and competent.
I was there for the first time on November 11th, 2020, despite the traffic delay of 15 minutes in the evening for an expert opinion, and despite the delay, I was greeted in a very friendly and smiling manner by a nice official outside.
Despite the cold, he took so much time and tried hard for my car and everything was great, I am so grateful to him for his help and efforts that he made! If he reads this, THANK YOU again :)

On Thursday evening I got off the U 3 together with a police officer, who was on the way to the office and ran in front of me. When he suddenly stopped and offered to carry my two bags because I had a knee injury. I was very surprised and wanted to thank you in this way! Great gesture !! My day was saved
Worse than the residents' registration office in terms of waiting time, one increasingly notices that the police are lacking in applicants ... Competence of the "interlocutors" leaves a lot to be desired ... poor Germany.
I would have been really happy if I had been taken seriously.
