When you meet someone, they are very nice. Always changing consultants (don't even know mine). Will withdraw my account there

Was there earlier to make an account change and in the branch I was told it is only online, from 2 devices, now I wanted to change it online and I then inquired by phone, just to find out that this service was only available in the Branch is possible.

A totally inflexible, backward and impersonal bank, where you constantly get new advisors who are then never available (!!!) or retire without you getting a replacement (who would then probably not be available either). ...)! In addition, they work with the building society Wüstenrot, which in my opinion is ABSOLUTELY NOT (!!!) recommendable (see also my evaluation there / WÜST to see ROT). The fact is: service definitely looks VERY different with me, and at the latest when you need a loan! Fortunately there are ENOUGH other (better) banks😁👎👎👎👎👎👎 .... You really don't have to do THAT here !!

I have legitimized my current account with Commerzbank. The account is open and nothing works later. Only Hussle. You book everything back and want to have your costs for booking back or doing nothing. I'm angry and should have read the negative reviews first. Not recommendable.
