I went to dispute a fee charged on my account due to a change in student status. The Teller was very helpful and changed my account back to a student account and refunded the fee. He was helpful and efficient.

Customer Service here I have found to be very very good. Always friendly and helpful; one lady in particular helped me set up the Meine Karte app which has made my life a lot easier. Even during the lockdown they’ve been able to provide a good service. Always nicer to deal with a real person.

No don't ever think of opening your account with this bank. Go to Sparkasse and don't waste your time. This bank doesn't appreciate the account holders they will deduct tax and tax and tax!!!!! This never happen in other countries.
