This bank is good only when you want to put your money in. Whenever you want their service for your needs -- even in emergency situation for you, (e.g. prolongation of your visa), and you need a service to print out your available block account or official print out of your accounts for three months. They will change to be a monster, and you are not gonna like it. I have many bad experiences with them.

BBBank eG deserves Five Stars. Great Peoples makes great services. I am a new customer for BBBank and I had successfully opened new online Bank Account with the assistance of excellent customer service team thru telephonic support & an amazing service by Bremen Branch on the last week. With 24-hour helplines, manned by experts with outstanding customer service I shall continue to be so. Thank you to you and your amazing team yet again for helping me in a time of need. I would like to recommend all foreigners specially whom having difficulty with speaking German Language this BBBank is having qualified English speaking Staff.

We (5 accounts) have been customers of BBBank for decades and have also recruited many of our friends for BBBank. For a long time this bank has isolated itself more and more from its customers. As a customer defense team, you have predominantly unfriendly, little to incompetent, unwilling staff as telephone advice. With 10 calls on a wide variety of topics, you have a hit rate of 70-80% to meet such people. We will withdraw our exposure to this bank. If I am asked, can you recommend BBBank, I can only say: NO!

Unfortunately had bad experience with customer service. But was contacted by the bank after my complaint and the problem solved. Quality management works.
