Exceptional customer service Herr Tim Friedrich is my contact person at this branch. He took great time of explaining the whole process of opening a Checking account w/Credit Card. Being a US Citizens some banks do not work with you , however Santander Karlsruhe did with me. Not only did they offer me a Checking account , they also gave me some service I could look into the future such as apartment purchase savings, house build savings , as well as Stocks and Bonds savings/investment options. I want to say that Tim and the branch exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your great customer service and I look forward to working with you more in the future Herr Friedrich!

Not recommendable!! Went there to get product information and they were wrong... Thanks for wasting my time. Would give 0 stars but 1 is minimum -.-

Been there just once, since I have an account at Santander UK. The greeting wasn't nice at all. And even when I asked for their products, the woman was very repulsive.

My wife forgot her debit card pin. She was then in the branch. The bank clerk was very friendly and helpful. She was able to apply for a new card straight away and he helped her so that she could withdraw cash, all together it took about 5 minutes. Simply good!!
