I called their number (which is a number in Frankfurt) to ask for changing Euros into Dollars. Then driving to the location in Karlsruhe where they said they only change from Dollar to Euro (NOT the other way around). Later they called again from Frankfurt to tell me "no no, they do change from Euro to Dollar) and asked me to drive again there.... crazy and very very unprofessional!

As far as telephone accessibility is concerned, I can only agree with Mr. Dikici .. I have been trying in vain since yesterday .. What a shame

The employees of the Karlsruhe branch are mediocre, experience is zero, we send money, they can't find time to work between them, they have made me very victimized today.
