The support from Ms. Funke was great. I had also been offered a cheaper rate of interest from another bank for my building loan and still chose PSD Bank because I felt very well cared for by Ms. Funke from the start. I haven't regretted my decision. The process was very professional and everything went smoothly. All questions that I had were answered in the shortest possible time. I would choose the PSD Bank again at any time. Many thanks.

Have been with this bank for over 20 years and have never had any complaints. However, they are now introducing fees for the current account of EUR 2.45 per month from January 2021. A free giro is not possible even with a salary. I will therefore look for another checking account.

Good bank, competent advice. I haven't had any problems so far, and even telephone or written questions or orders can be fulfilled quickly.
