I worked with Volksbank in Karlsruhe for many years. Unfortunately, the type and whiteness has deteriorated from year to year. A customer request is not taken into account. The fees keep getting higher, but the services get worse. I am very dissatisfied with the branch at CityPark. The "management" is very unqualified and arrogant. Nevertheless, I would like to get rid of one praise: Mr. Bohmüller is one of the best consultants I have ever met. Unfortunately, after all these years, I'll change banks ... In the meantime I was contacted by my advisor. Before I have a conversation with the "management", my request will not be processed. That was really the roaring end!
