It is a modern center by the AOK health insurance. They have a big lobby to wait until your number is called. The wait is fairly short and the staff is helpful.

Requests for contact are regularly ignored. Applications and evidence disappear and then reappear after weeks ("were digitized") after being asked again to submit a second application and evidence. You feel like you've been swept away here all the time.

I'm actually pretty happy with the AOK. The staff are always friendly, helpful and hard-working. You almost always reach someone who is motivated to help out. Unfortunately, something is lost every now and then and after a long illness I had the feeling that the kk drove me to go back to work, although my doctors clearly disagreed. I didn't think so. The health insurance is just a company that does not want to carelessly cut out money. Still, I would not say that it is the worst and I will continue to stay with the aok. If you submit something you have to stay behind it. After all, you're not the only customer in this large company.

I personally feel that the service and strength are first-rate in Germany, and I always choose this way
