I will always recommend the service of Mr. Arnold. He is trustworthy and shows full openness and transparency. This was particularly important for me and my wife, since we are not familiar ourselves with the complex word of insurances in Germany. Mr. Arnold advised me on several products - from BU to private KV. I found it particularly pleasant that he took the time to explain everything exactly (even several times) in order to give me, as a layperson, a comprehensive understanding, including example calculations in several scenarios. I always received a quick and complete answer to questions. All in all, I would unreservedly recommend Mr. Arnold.
