A week ago I sent a form to fill out to the KKH in Karlsruhe. Since I haven't received any feedback yet, I asked. Busy multiple times or the telephone rings through. Then at some point I reached someone. The only answer came: "The post will be sent to Hanover unopened and is probably still in the mail somewhere". Customer service is not .....

Often no one answers the phone, the doorbell rings or there is a band announcement with advertising and at some point a busy signal. An absurdity in our time. Eternal processing times for the simplest applications. The service is under all conditions ... Not recommended!

in the case of dentures, an expert is always consulted beforehand, which lengthens the treatment unnecessarily. So far it has cost me 3 healthy teeth. The cash register saves wherever it can. On the phone you are fooled at the head office and not put through to the clerk, .... very bad service !!

I have been insured there for more than 30 years and can not really report anything negative. I was always helped there quickly and courteously.

I have been with kkh for a long time, the problems begin when I have been ill for more than 6 weeks after the op. They do not want constant questions about when I am going to work again, why I am in pain, this and that .... a nightmare ! 🤮🤮
