I was there 3 times in total. Didn't have any waiting times, but I needed 10 minutes for a 1-minute-job.
BEWARE OF FRAUD !!!!
You can get an offer to insure a car and get a number for the car to be approved. If the car is registered and insured, you get the contract documents which are then more than 100 € and a higher deductible in case of damage. If you have any questions you will always be fobbed off.
The contract will be terminated immediately after one year!
Hard downgrading after minor damage and outrageous pricing policy. Within a few days, when you change your vehicle, the price increases by over € 200 for the same vehicle between the first check and the actual completion. A further € 100 is then added to the quotation request via the hotline.
DANGER! Very dubious company. Employees lie to people about signing a contract. Furthermore, the staff are rude and unreasonable when asked about it.
It's a shame that you have to give a star at all. Has been with the insurance for 20 years the days the insurance was canceled. Had two windshield damage last year and one rear damage this year. The years before that was never big, then you are terminated top insurance really. I called the insurance company and asked if it was serious. There was a snappy answer that the car was not profitable for you and in terms of content I can now also cancel the caravan and the trailer where the insurance company is. The fee is collected for 20 years and if something happens a couple of times, you cancel 👍 top service.
Addendum 10/22/20
After we looked for another insurance for the car and found it cheaper, we received mail from DA Direkt again today. Our trailer was still insured there, today the insurance for the trailer was canceled 🤷♂️ there has never been anything, no damage, absolutely nothing to the trailer.
