I've been a customer of 02 for 15 years. Here you are just kidding. Now sit on a contract with 500 MB and 2 SIM cards that have been offered to me for EUR 0.-. Ultimately, I also pay for it.
Monthly Price for everything: 22 € !!!!!

Complained constantly. You couldn't get through the phone at all !!
The lady just promised me all sorts of things. She didn't do anything !! After a while, there was suddenly nothing to complain about. Conclusion: never again in a 02 shop anywhere. AND: No more 02 contract.
The gentlemen who work there are stupid and have no idea of your activity and I was even attached to an extra contract with an additional phone number and the employee tried to fool me that I would send the notice after a month and not the right person
