BASE Shop Karlsruhe

Unfriendly saleswoman, has sent us away and said we should solve our problem with the hotline. Then I do not need a shop if you deal with customers that have a contract for years and pay a lot of money. Impudence !!! All who have a problem with their contracts should go anywhere, just not to this store !!!!

Not available by phone. The number exists, but according to another base shop calls from unknown numbers are generally not accepted. In the shop itself I was not, because I really only wanted information.

A star is already too much here. After being unable to help me in other shops, I had to face a listless shop assistant, probably or badly. Apparently, after one week, I had already used up my 2 GB data volume, which I had increased a week earlier, even though I do not even need 1 in the month of normal use. There I was told that my volume has already been increased and I have used it so well - without ever check something in the PC, but only because of the assumption that they themselves use 5 GB daily (much to do there so probably not at work). Well, then I just wanted to unsubscribe at least the automatic data. For that I should call a hotline. I did that and landed at BASE. Since I have an MTV Mobile tariff, the extremely friendly and helpful customer advisor was not allowed to help me. So I should call directly from MTV Mobile's colleagues - it's not like you could have checked that in the store. So also called there, the supervisor has then confirmed to me that the volume of data has not been increased, but for some reason 1 GB registered and then canceled again. The telephone customer service at BASE and MTV Mobile is the only positive thing about this post, because I could help both nice and friendly. However, I have meanwhile terminated my contracts with BASE due to the incompetent, bad and listless advice in this very shop. This was not the only incident that happened to me, and these repeated negative experiences there also cast a bad picture on the whole company. Two nice and competent account managers do not make up for it. I therefore recommend to go to the shop in the direction of Europaplatz (there was much nicer and more helpful) or to clarify it directly over the phone. Because there is a better help than in this shop and you save a lot of time and nerves.
