I was a customer for 7 years and had all my vehicles insured there (car, trailer, several motorcycles). In the meantime, for private reasons, I no longer drive a motorcycle and have sold all. In 2017, I also obtained offers from other insurance companies before buying my delivery van and went back to Mr. Gütler despite an additional 300 € per year. A few weeks ago I changed the vehicle again and was no longer willing to pay the extra price of just under 400 € to other insurance companies. Unfortunately, there was no callback on telephone questions and my existing insurance of a trailer was then suddenly terminated. Unfortunately, I can not make any recommendations and have unfortunately paid way too much for too long. And all of course without a single claim.
