As a loan in matters of insurance, I originally had the approach of comparing various providers via well-known online portals. On recommendation, I made an appointment with ERGO (Mr. Thomas Rauh) at the same time. We were given the best advice in a personal appointment. The price / performance ratio was better than online. All concerns have been dealt with quickly and easily via short official channels. In summary: Friendly, competent, customer-oriented, fast and trusting. Mr. Rauh is our contact person for insurance and will be recommended in the future with the best of his knowledge and belief.
