The communication is under all pig! Features of a credit card are even thrown out when asked in a conversation with "does not exist" (but ordering online is possible ?!), promised recalls are not kept. In the meantime, the bank has debited € 10 without authorization and promised a credit, but that was 14 days ago - every normal company would send out a reminder at this point, the bank probably doesn't think it necessary to meet any deadlines for private customers.
