Scandalous, actually. For 2 years, due to lack of competence, unable to issue certificates of inheritance, although the facts are clear. Went to Frankfurt they wrote the pipes what to do. Again nothing for months. Uncompetent individuals

Actually 0 stars. Total juice store. Plaintiffs' own convenience is put above legal interests. Complaints are therefore pointless, they are rejected without understandable reasons. Dear judges and responsible persons, I wish you that an injustice happens to you and that someone is interested in it!

The opening times are wrong here. It is only open from 09: 00-12: 00. A reception center where one could have made a document does not exist. Only an unfriendly man who stands at the metal detector and informs that he can accept nothing. No wonder this processing time, no matter what, take forever!
