After changing insurance, I asked for a statement of costs to settle my outstanding contributions (2 months) - unfortunately this request was ignored and a few months later I received a letter from the legal department with the statement of costs, however, plus legal fees. I informed the legal department that I would have transferred the outstanding costs for a long time if the insurance company had processed my request and informed me about the outstanding amount; there was neither an invoice nor a reminder beforehand. So you don't really care about customer care here, so I personally can only advise against it.
