My partner and I have visited the branch in Bamberg today, 15/9/20 in order to ask information about opening a new account for me. I don't speak German yet since I have just moved here and we have asked politely to the a male representative of the bank to assist us in English and he refused to speak in English!! He was impolite and he seemed to be bored to assist us when my partner asked information in German. I'm very disappointed from my visit to your bank having a person like that to represent you.

I now have a current account at the PSD bank. The account switching service worked very well. The contact persons in Bamberg and Nuremberg are all extremely competent and friendly. Three thumbs up !!!

I have been a customer of PSD Bank, Bamberg branch for almost 2 years. The Finanztest magazine brought me to PSD Bank because I was looking for a new bank (bank previously: logo with a white V on a blue-orange background). My previous experiences: + free current account, + no increase in fees during this period, + really friendly and very helpful staff, + never a broken ATM, + expert advice without time pressure. I was spontaneously in the branch because I had questions about buying a property and the related loan. Since no other customer had an appointment, I was quickly taken to a meeting room and even an employee of the building society was brought in. The tips and advice, like the whole advice, were really great. My recommendation: Currently I can warmly recommend the PSD Nuremberg (Bamberg branch)!

Have today all the bicycles at the station and in the city provided with plastic and paper waste, which also animated to change from the bike to the car ... Inexpressible, we are not in the 90s. From a bank that launches such irresponsible actions, one can only advise against.
