Ich habe mich bzgl. der Neukunden- bzw. Kunden werben Kunden - Prämie telefonisch an die Filiale gewandt. Der Bearbeiter war sehr freundlich und konnte mir helfen. Letztendlich habe ich alle versprochenen Prämien erhalten. Danke!

Worst bank ever. Very unfriendly employees who get annoyed very quickly and for whom any kind of work is too much. In addition, it is very annoying when you call the branch and are first connected to a computer voice for 10 minutes and have to answer unnecessary questions over and over again. Sometimes you are thrown from the line.

Absolutely unsatisfactory service! Apparently you are not campaigning for your own customers here. I transferred money to another Commerzbank account, but the related purchase turned out to be a scam relatively quickly. A few hours after the transaction, I initiated a return process and filed a complaint. Now, two weeks later, I receive a letter in which Commerzbank informs me of the fraudster's contact details and "asks" me to contact the fraudster on my own and clarify this. For this, 11 € are also required. Absolutely disappointing! I can only hope that at least the cooperation with the police is not too amateurish and that you might even put your coffee cup down here to work.
