I've been with Deutsche Bank for more than 5 years. My grandmother for over 10 years. We have never had any problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you goes to Mr. Jens Johnson who takes a lot of time for his customers & also gives good advice. It really is worth it when a bank advisor makes time for someone.
