I can't understand the negative reviews. Sure, there are always bottlenecks during the Corona period, but you understand that. I haven't had any bad experiences as a customer. The staff are friendly and committed. My advisor Ms. Kr. Always has time and will contact me immediately if I cannot reach her by phone. I am also satisfied with the advice, an effort is always made, even if I am definitely not one of the "best customers" and have all my accounts here.

Extremely bad service. If you want to apply for online banking, it usually only takes a few minutes. Was sent away because it currently takes too much time and she doesn't have that for something like that. Was allowed to come to collect my documents after a few days. No introduction received, half was missing and it wasn't unlocked, so it was a complete waste of time. Can go back now, thanks for nothing.

Good bank, but notifying everyone after the merger wasn't so great. Staff very friendly.
