At first you are looked at strangely, as if you come from another planet when you enter the branch. And then I was given a 0 buck shot. I cannot deposit cash into a VR Bank account (Bamberg) without a bank authorization. It's just funny that something like this can be done in the main branch in Bamberg without any ifs and buts. In Bamberg I can even deposit into my own VR Bank account in Forchheim. I myself am a customer of VR Bank Forchheim and currently I have no way to deposit with myself to transfer funds. I would have to go to Forchheim or the Forchheim district to deposit into my bank account. Or to the main branch in Bamberg. I only received cash for the month of August, otherwise I would have transferred myself. And currently I also have no opportunity to go to the main branch in Bamberg due to time constraints. The bank adviser was also not very interested in this. Then I only received the answer, I should switch to VR Bank Bamberg. Then I would not have such problems. The only funny thing is that my concern to Sparkasse was easily solved by small fees. Seldom heard such nonsense. Where did the service go? Certainly somewhere else, but not here. At least the ATM in this branch is friendly, provided you want to withdraw something and have money in your account. Another reason not to switch from VR Bank Forchheim to VR Bank Bamberg. Nothing against VR Bank Bamberg, but there is definitely no service at least in this branch when it comes to making deposits.
