Very competent employees. So far I have received friendly and quick answers to each of my questions. The processing of applications is always very fast!

I used to be at the IKK and now my current health insurance company just needs a certificate of the times at the IKK Classic for my sick pay because my sick pay cannot be processed without this certificate. I've already called the IKK twice and my health insurance has already warned you. When I called today, they told me that nothing else had happened .. it's just unbelievable last week they told me from the IKK that the process was being processed ........ again nothing .. It is of no use to me if employees are friendly but the processes are not processed. Since the beginning of December I have been entitled to sick pay and nothing is happening because the IKK is not able to issue a certificate. I'm going to call my lawyer first!
