The shop is great. A bit expensive but has a wide selection of goods. The manager of the shop is unbelievably nice and helpful.

Just great. Just before the end of the day, we quickly went in to buy a new dry food for our senior male cats (they suddenly didn't like the old one anymore). Super nice and personable seller was able to help us directly. We learned that the recipe for our usual feed has been changed. The seller showed us a great selection of senior food. After good advice, we decided on a completely new lining from Select Gold.
We'll definitely be at Fressnapf in Vahrenwalderstr. shop for our velvet paws. Very nice and competent team.
