Super unfriendly staff. I wanted to cancel my account a few weeks ago. The woman at the counter was very friendly, but the colleague who had enforced the hygiene regulations shot the bird. Closing the account was the right decision and I will never enter the bank again.

I have been a Sparda customer for 17 years. Two days ago a blocked ATM ate my debit card. This morning I had an appointment at the Koblenz Citizens' Registration Office to apply for new identification papers, and they only work against prepayment. When I asked the Sparda-Bank whether, as an exception, I could be paid out money on presentation of a personal ID, I was informed that this only works with the EC card at the machine and there are no exceptions. When I was about to leave the branch, really annoyed (at least I can get a new appointment for the Citizens Registration Office), the MA shouted a "nice night" after me with a grin. My suggestion for the future: Apart from the fact that I really like customer service, you could explain to employees when it makes sense to just keep your mouth shut.

10 years of Baufi running, when requesting as an existing customer, expenditure greater than with third-party banks, and also as an existing customer with a good credit rating. Interest rate higher than offers and commitments from third-party banks. Small credit lines are canceled without any prior information and direct debit is not redeemed to put obstacles in the way of customers, as the bank has since become aware of the information about the redemption. Not competent enough and dubious I call that. Eye level with the customer is missing here !! It is strongly advised to adapt to the market and train employees.

Very good service from the employee, nice atmosphere in the branch, I can only recommend it!
