The bank has developed very negatively in the meantime. Opening times from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The counter service is no longer available at which one could spontaneously chat to do his banking. Personal support is still possible from a supervisor, but the supervisor does not call you back. The cleanliness of the self-service area leaves something to be desired, since every person can enter it without a card. It is not uncommon to find homeless people. For me, these are enough reasons to switch to another bank.

Customers are only served via the machines. The fees are disproportionately high! Opening times are not customer friendly. I will soon switch to a savings bank.
