Just another example of why FinTechs will hopefully give us fully digital banking. Completely clueless employees gathering in groups of five to consult on how to do their job. Took me 25 mins to get a job done that takes 30 sek online.

We opened our business account here as a GmbH and have since asked ourselves whether VR Bank is actively trying to lose us as customers. Serious mistakes are made, which means that important documents are sent to the wrong address. Even after the second application, the error would have happened again, despite a clear indication, had we not checked the documents carefully. The online banking is not activated properly, so I have to deal with the service regularly. Reason: Apparently the old deleted account (deleted due to the wrong address) was simply reactivated with new access data, which meant that we did not get access to the Secure App. This in turn massively delays our accounting. Only our advisor, Mr. Mohr, is a ray of hope, as he tries to correct mistakes made in the back office. In short: I've never had so many difficulties opening and using an account. If we weren't so busy, I would have changed banks long ago. I advise entrepreneurs against VR Bank!
