❤️ I can only say THANK YOU !! ❤️ Everyone has a story and that should be reflected in a memorial service. No 0815 funeral ... Dear Sven (and your entire team) you picked us up in the heart, where we have our deceased in our hearts. Thanks to your loving, emphatic, competent support we were able to sad and grateful at the same time, say goodbye in a very personal setting. Exceptional and very beautiful! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for that ❤️

Herr Kaiser accompanied us through this difficult time, as we could not have wished for better. Everything was discussed, organized and implemented in such a way that all relatives were satisfied. We never expected so much heart and empathy. We were really lifted up with Mr. Kaiser and carried through this time, in which our grief found a place and there was also space for one or the other laugh. A big thank you to Mr. Kaiser and his great team!

A funeral service is usually very rigid and oriented less to the wishes of the deceased than to the customs of others. "You can't do that ... what do the others think ... you don't do that ...". Sven Kaiser manages to implement the wishes and the "spirit" of the deceased with perfection and to arrange a very devout and pious funeral service! Thank you for your work in the difficult hours of the relatives!

I am so grateful to you, especially you and Raven, for everything. You have been a great support in every way and in equal parts human and professional. Despite Corona, the process was coherent and appropriate, the commemoration was worthy and appropriate to my father - as he and we wished. You, you are doing a fantastic job, no standard, no scheme F, but everything individually. We also thank you for the singer, the selection of songs, the speech.

We felt we were in good hands and understood. The Kaiser Bestattungen team supported us on all levels and did everything in their power to make the funeral service just as we had imagined. Particularly noteworthy is the musical implementation by the singer and the desired music. To have compassionate and warm people at your side in such a situation is a gift. Thanks to the whole team
