Due to a very serious illness and the need to act very quickly here, I contacted the Fleck office as a Signal Iduna customer (PKV). I did this because the Signal Iduna (head office) itself only reacts very delayed and when you call the head office (if you are not on hold for 20 minutes) you are connected from A to B to C .... without to come to a useful result. NOW TO THE FLECK OFFICE: I tried to call. Without success. I asked online via homepage for the fastest possible appointment. NO RESPOND. Slogan on the homepage: "As the contact person for your region, I am at your side with all questions and advice." (Stand 28.1.20) From my personal experience I can say with a clear conscience: Logged! I'm sorry: ZERO STARS (but I couldn't forgive, so there is a star).
