Detailed advice, reliability and adherence to deadlines are among the virtues of Zurich Insurance Agency Lellmann. I found the analysis of my insurance policies to be particularly good and it was also carried out in a completely value-neutral manner. What was good stayed with the existing insurer, what could be improved was also improved in every respect. Insurance documents handed over to the agency for review are carefully checked, evaluated and, incidentally, come back to the client in a very well structured manner and even with a summary. This gives you a good overview and has everything to hand in the future. Mr. Lellmann and his staff clarify and explain all concerns in a friendly manner, with a high level of commitment and an angelic patience, so that I always feel that I am in good hands. You can also be reached at any time and recalls are dealt with promptly.

Very good and honest advice that you can fully recommend. Especially to emphasize one should always advise in favor of the customer and not as many others first thought of the provision. Anyone who needs reliable insurance and good advice is definitely in the right place.

Vorweg, I'm not about the few euros that could possibly have flowed. I am concerned with the way of dealing with customers. As an existing customer of Zurich, we have not even offered better conditions for a surcharge. This can better the competition (for example, LVM, Debeka ...). It is clear to me that there is no obligation to do so, but for me such a service makes the difference between agency service and pure online contracts. Maybe you can improve here ... The central refused a damage / accident with reference to the old conditions with a three-line. As far as according to the present conditions of our insurance (as of 2009?). The response to my complaint lasted from June to late October and was unsatisfactory. A cancellation confirmation I received m.E. too late (about 8 weeks after the first notice). To the agency: Several times I was told: "We call Wednesday / until Friday / in a maximum of 7 days ...". This is unfortunately rare. In the sense: Check out what decade your contract terms are and let them update if necessary and bring them up to date. 2 stars as the staff were always helpful.
